What is ROPES or a Challenge Course?
It’s an experiential training course which uses a series of initiatives, or challenges, which demands teamwork in order to get past or through the obstacles. People must learn effective communication and trust in their fellow team members to complete the tasks and advance in the program. |
Our Purpose:
To introduce business and organizations to new tools and technologies that expands their potential for responding effectively to a rapidly emerging, dynamic, & competitive business world.
Building a successful organization requires a commitment to the development of people. Effective management comes from the ability to observe the network of people which produces the results.
This course is not merely about “Building Teamwork”. Even though this is one of the results, the course is designed so that participants will move beyond a private or individual way of seeing themselves to one of the living in a larger organizational structure. Often in businesses and organizations it is the way we observe our past limitations and constraints that limits our ability to see new opportunities and possibilities.

The success of a ropes course or a challenge course comes from the ability to offer people and their organizations a new way of the looking for possibilities. Each course is specifically designed for the group or organization participating.
Our Courses consist of a variety of activities. That includes Ice Breakers, Initiatives, Low course elements, and High Course elements

Ice Breakers / Warm Ups
Designed to prepare the group to increase their comfort level with working in close proximity and conducting communication with each other.
Initiatives
Develop comfort level within the group to build trust and teamwork to prepare the individuals for more physically and mentally demanding Low Courses Elements.
Low Course Elements
Focuses on collaboration. The challenges call upon every member of the team to participate, and they present unending opportunities for self-discovery and team growth.
High Course Elements
Emphasizes risk-taking, trust, and coaching. The challenges allow participants to expand their comfort zones—sometimes dramatically—and recognize fears that may block personal achievement. |
For this reason, the course will produce effective results with a group; no matter what size or purpose of the organization. Our courses are also designed to fit your needs and allotted time.
