Miscellaneous Reservation
fee:
$100 is required to reserve us and lock these prices in for your event. The reservation
fee is subtracted from the total balance (the remainder of which is due at the
end of your event). Location
Charges:
If you or your venue requires us to setup or break down in less than our standard
setup time, additional staff may be required. Most banquet facilities have roll-up
access. If your event requires equipment to be lifted onto a stage or loading
dock, carried up stairs, across a lawn, or over a large distance (typically 500
feet or more) then additional staff will be required. Additional Staff is $75
for up to 4 hours, $25 for each additional hour. Extra
Idle Time: All of our package prices are based on actual performance
time. Normal equipment setup/breakdown time is built into those prices. If you
or your venue requires us to be present but not playing for early setup, late
breakdown, sharing the stage with other entertainers/speakers, cocktail hour that
we're not playing music for in the same or adjacent room, etc.; the additional
idle time will be billed at _ the additional hours rate for your selected package. Travel
Outside of Houston and Southeast Texas: Because of our reputation
for excellence and attention to detail has spread, our service area has widened
tremendously. We will travel anywhere to bring you the best in DJ entertainment.
As for travel charges, there is no charge for travel within The Houston or Southeast
Texas area. Outside the Houston and Southeast Texas area, we charge $1 per mile
(computed on 1-way basis using map quest). Lodging: When traveling to distant locations that require an overnight stay, you will have to pay for hotel rooms for our staff. This will be discussed in advance and will be clearly indicated on your contract. Ceremony/Cocktail Music System: A smaller second sound system with DJ to provide music in a different room (from the main reception). $100 for up to 1 hour, $ 50 for each additional hour booked in advance. This option is only available as an add-on for a booked event. Extra
Speakers and Amplifier:
For large rooms or outdoor areas requiring more than the standard two
speakers or for parties held in two nearby rooms (like a ballroom and
a dining room). Each pair of speakers is on its own amplifier, allowing
the volume to be controlled independently (so the music can be louder
on the dance floor and softer in the dining room is an additional $100
